• MR. RIZWAN RIAZ (Chairman)
  is the Chairman of Royal Securities (Pvt) Ltd. He is also one of the Core Promoters of the Company. He is a Post graduate in Commerce by qualification. Rizwan Riaz has an overall experience of about 17 years in the field of Capital Markets & has been actively involved in Stock Market Related activities. Having a wide business experience in a variety of industries, he also leads the team towards success as the chairman of Royal Securities (Pvt) Ltd.
• MR. IMRAN KHAN (Chief Executive Officer)
  is the Chief Executive Officer of Royal Securities (Pvt) Ltd. and a one of the founder members of Royal Securities (Pvt) Ltd. He is Post Graduate in Commerce by qualification. Mr.Imran has experience in securities market & competent enough to handle all capital market activities effectively & efficiently. He has 17 years of trading experience in capital market & commodities trading.
• MRS. NAIMA ATIF (Director)
  Naima Atif is one of the Director of Royal Securities (Pvt) Ltd. and has extensive proven expertise in the areas of proprietary and agency equity trading. From 2006 to 2020 she served as Financial Analyst of M/s Mars Securities Private Limited a large wholesale market making firm, and was responsible for all financial issues Portfolio Management. Naima Atif earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Preston University, California, USA.
• MR. MUHAMMAD SHAKIL (Chief Operating Officer)
  Muhammad Shakil has over 24 years of work experience at leading Brokerage Houses of the industry. Shakil has also served as Head of Settlement & Manager Accounts in well known brokerage houses M/s Salman services (Pvt) Ltd., M/s.Time Securities (Pvt.) Ltd., M/s. Axis Global Ltd. & M/s.Din Capital (Pvt.) Ltd. He oversees all operations of the firm, especially marketing and placement of all IPOs, and other issues brought by the firm. He has been involved in numerous transactions in Pakistan’s equity markets over the years & has a diversified expertise in Marketing, Front Office & Back office operation in Capital Market.
• MR. MUHAMMAD BILAL KADWANI (Head of Sales Commodities desk)
  Muhammad Bilal Kadwani is the Head of Sales at Commodities desk and is responsible for all the affairs related to the commodity business. Mr. Bilal is a forward looking and energetic leader of the vibrant RSPL Team, has over 11 Years of experience in commodities market with well-known brokerage houses of the Industry. e.g., he served as a manager at Arif Habib Commodities. He has also worked with BIPL Securities.
• MR. MUHAMMAD ASIF (Head of Settlement )
  Muhammad Asif joined Royal Securities as a Head of Settlements. He is responsible for monitoring and supervising the settlement activities, coordinates with sales team in respect of all settlement & regulatory issues. Handling queries of KSE, NCCPL, CDC & Banks on day to day basis. He worked at Salman Services (Pvt) Ltd. as a Head of Settlement & has a rich experience of 20 Years in Capital Market.
